On December 6, 2021, Prestige Homes Realty and Development Corp. thru our Chairman and President Myra I. Cerbo awarded five (5) Granville house units to our employees via the “PHRDC Employees Housing Loan Program.” It was a historic and very memorable occasion for the company and our PHRDC employees.
Congratulations to Mr. Raffy Jones Mijares, Ms. Annaliza Cedenio, Mr. Jover Paul Gelicame, Mr. Ryan Segongan and Mr. Krisanto Ray Tolentino! They are PHRDC’s one of the first batch of Granville Mico house unit awardees. They were joined by their family and colleagues during the house turn over.
