Upon payment of the reservation fee, clients are required to submit and sign the following:
After signing of Contracts and Completion of documents, the Buyer will be given an orientation conducted by our Sales Representative. The orientation will cover discussion of PHRDC reservation process, the housing loan documentary requirements, process in move-in or house turnover, housing and administrative rules and regulation.
There are two ways to settle the Reservation. Cash and check payments are accepted at PHRDC Main office only. All check payments must be in the name of Prestige Homes & Realty Development Corporation Payments can also be deposited to our bank accounts, provided you send us a proof of payment and a photo/scanned copy of the deposit slip by email at [email protected] .
